Return & Exchange Policy – Elite Soccer 360
At Elite Soccer 360, we understand that choosing the right size and fit is important. We aim to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible, while ensuring our products remain in perfect condition for all customers.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Requests for return or exchange must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Exchanges

Exchanges are available for different sizes of the same product only.

If the requested size is not available, we will issue a store credit or refund (following our Refund Policy).

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items

Customized items (with names, numbers, or patches) are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

Clearance or promotional sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or customer damage will not be accepted.
Process & Timeline

Contact our customer service team at soccerelite28@gmail.com with your order number and request.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

After we receive and inspect your item, we will process your exchange, store credit, or refund within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. In such cases, Elite Soccer 360 will cover the return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
