What currency are the prices displayed in?

All prices are displayed in the currency of your location. Our system automatically detects your region and shows prices in your local currency (€, £, $, etc.). At checkout, you will also see the final currency before confirming your order.


I just placed an order. When will it ship?

We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 4–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

  • Average delivery time: 15–21 business days.

  • Tracking numbers are updated 3–5 days after your order has been shipped.

I’m not happy with my order. Can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We want you to love your purchase. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order for a full refund.

  • The item must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please include your name and order number with the return parcel.

📌 Note: If your package is already on its way, you will need to wait for delivery and then return it before a refund can be issued.
